INSTRUCTIONS. Please read carefully:

  1. You have 30 days to complete a review of the material for each chapter and complete the final test.

  2. Begin with chapter one. After reading the material for a chapter, take the chapter "Practice Test" (similar to a "trial and error" test) until a 100% score is attained. The thought behind this interim test is that we want you, the student, to learn the correct answers even if it takes several guesses. When you attain a score of 100%, and are certain that you have learned and understand the correct answers, print off that test and sign the bottom indicating you studied the material, learned the correct answers and took the test with no assistance. Accumulate all tests (including the final exam) before turning them into your compliance officer.

  3. After all chapters are reviewed and study tests are taken/printed, then and only then take the final exam. You must score 70% on this test to earn a passing grade. Results of the test are immediately shown upon submission and are emailed to you and your compliance contact to put in your company's compliance file and your personnel record.

  4. If you fail the final test, a modest re-test fee will be required in order to retake the final exam.

  5. When this process is completed, provide the signed study tests for each chapter, along with the final exam results, to your practice compliance officer to file.

  6. Good luck and please begin.
