This record will contain:
- the date
- time
- number of freight cars inspected
- name of the qualified person(s) performing the test
- location where the Class 1 test was performed
Where a train crew does the "Class 1" test, the crew will complete the appropriate information and leave a written notice in the controlling locomotive.
