...with big project and heavy industry experience...

We have over 40 years of documented experience in project design, project management, and training and testing employees.
We began our large and highly successful training and testing pilot projects and final programs over 32 years ago for the City of Fort Worth, Texas.
The City of Fort Worth's first internal media artical describes the successful completion of the pilot program and their second internal media article identifies the participants for the heavy equipment (backhoe and articulated front-end loaders) training and testing municipal certification.
April, 2004 was an outstanding month when we were able to secure the services of Mr. Robert E. Lee after his retirement from the United States' railroad industry. Mr. Robert E. Lee retired on April 1, 2004 as a well-respected and well-liked regional manager of operating rules for the largest freight carrier in the United States, after 30 years in the railroad industry. His extensive experience and railroad credentials speak to his amazing value and capabilities.

...we author and publish the training books and materials...

In June, 2005 the publishing division of Bob Ballew & Associates, L.L.C. announced the release of the first, new, General Code of Operating Rules (GCOR) Committee approved railroad Catechism in 55 years. Mr. Lee created a documented summary of the basic principles and basic instructions about railroad rules in a question-and-answer format and a separate test with more than 650 randomized questions in the test question pool, with the randomized, correct answers based on and directly from the new, 2005 GCOR Rule Book.
This book has been made available for training purposes when companies wish to train more completely and beyond the rules. Mr. Lee's Railroad Catechism has already been adopted by several accredited colleges as a textbook for their railroad operation courses in the United States and Canada starting in the Fall of 2005.
Our new book has been purchased by employees and management of railroad industry organizations such as Union Pacific Railroad, Canadian Pacific Railway, Alaska Railroad, OmniTrax, Inc., RailAmerica, Inc, Johnson County Junior College, Dakota County Technical College, Sacramento County College, MODOC Railroad Academy, Indiana Eastern Railroad, Springfield Terminal Railroad, GCSR Railroad and WATCO Companies, Inc.
We provide this book as an integral part of our sole source and proprietary services in both hard copy and electronic formats. Copies can be ordered from the same company that prints the GCOR Rule Book. MSRP is $39.95 per copy but is heavily discounted for GCOR members, their employees and other, current railroad employees. This book is not generally available to the public.
(We wish to acknowledge the hard work of and a special Thanks to the 2005 GCOR Rules Committee. This book is better because of their dedication, diligence, foresight and advice. Safety is everyone's responsibility. Thank you.)

...we create & administer our proprietary training and testing systems...

In 2003 we created, implimented and administered a nation-wide, online training and testing system for Union Pacific Railroad, the largest freight carrier in the nation, employing more than 22,000 employees in the United States.
Currently, since January 1, 2005, we designed, implimented and operate successful systems for large and small corporations and railroads such as RailAmerica, Inc., OmniTRAX, Inc. and Georgia And Florida Railroad.
In May, 2005 we completed a pilot and proof of concept program for Alaska Railroad Corporation's annual training, testing and Federal Railroad Administration (USFRA) certification of their Operating Managers, state wide. Their new, $4,000,000.00, state-of-the-art, training and testing center at their Anchorage, Alaska Operations Center will feature our Advanced Approach Training And Testing process as their core system. McGraw-Hill Higher Education will provide all internet hosting and testing software for the initial two-year training and testing process.

...and then we give you the tests and statistical analysis that no one else can...

Customized tests, practice tests and/or final 2005 GCOR Rules Exams are Internet based, accessable and scored. Not to exceed one time submission of answers. Large 650 test question pool. Each access presents a randomized selection of your questions, randomizes the questions presented and randomizes all of the possible optional answers. The test is scored in real-time upon submission by the person taking the test and mmediately presents the student's results with correct and incorrect answers clearly marked for corrective action and study. Email scores are simultaneously sent to all designated managers and any other parties required. Optionally, the students can send an email of scored results to any person required. The entire process, count of correct answers, percentage score and statistical analysis is captured and maintained for analysis, record keeping and FRA compliance by our customers.
IMPORTANT: Extremely detailed statistical analysis reports are presented quarterly upon written request by appropriate manager.

...Our experience will save you time and money...

        1. Example - Our Website Design Criteria - (1) Simplicity - 3 words, not 300... common-speak, not acronyms, abbreviations, and flashing, falsetto bold, (2) loading speed - white space, low-res graphics linked to hi-res, PDF's or video and (3) 10/3 test - if you can't find the information your looking for in 10 seconds on your first visit, and 3 thereafter, then the page plan and design is a failure. Design a web page... not the Eiffel Tower.
        2. Proof - The current, champion cash-cow and design model for master web designers is the Google™ homepage. How many examples of flashing text, mouse-over gambits, Flash™ animations, videos and roll-overs can you find on this worldwide, industry-leader's page? Why?
        3. Results - We use years of experience and common sense, not just the current or fashionable trend.
