PRICING - YOUR CONTENT OR OURS:
500 EMPLOYEE TESTS MINIMUM, ANNUAL CONTRACTS ONLY, PAYMENT IN ADVANCE:
SET UP:
- Project concept and design - $350.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum, due on "Start Work" date.
- Graphics, Video, and Audio - $150.00 per hour, estimate due on "Start Work" date.
- Video mounting costs will be invoiced at "Start Work", if applicable.
- Word Processing, Changes To Lists and Text - $75.00 per hour, estimate due on "Start Work" date.
ADMINISTRATION:
- Training Materials Only - $150.00 per employee per year.
- - - 2004 FRA Air Brakes Regulation Training - ADD $50.00 per employee per year.
- Practice Tests (2) - $100 per employee per year. ($50.00 per scored test.)
- Final Test (1) - $50.00 per employee per year. ($50.00 per scored test.)
- Edits, additions and deletions of Employee ID and Passwords by phone call.
- NTE 48 hours, except weekends.
- Calls accepted 52/7/24.
- Backup and emergency calls direct to Owner's cell phone.
- Example - 3rd shift "Return-To-Service" edits.
MISCELLANEOUS:
- General And Administrative Charge (G&A) - a 15% G&A charge will be added and invoiced, in advance, for any and all
additional hardware, software, and services required by mutual agreement. All additional hardware, software and services will be invoiced for the exact cost plus the additional G&A charge and any applicable taxes.
- Test Score Reporting (Scores Report) - All practice and final test results will be emailed to any required location or multiple locations in "real time". Example: Employee completes test and submits results. Test score is immediately generated and emailed to (1) the person taking the test, (2) his or her supervisor, (3) the Rules, Personnel or Compliance Manager, and (4) the General Superintendent, or any combination thereof.
- Statistical Analysis of Submitted Answers (STATS Report) - A report of the cumulative results of submitted answers v. correct answers may be requested each month. Results will be submitted as an HTML file.
